Megabite Design strictly uses WordPress to design and develop websites. There is very little this platform can’t do.

Don’t worry if your site is created with a different kind of tool – I can convert it to WordPress and have it look the same of different from your existing site.

The problem with many other types of sites (Wix, Weebly, Squarespace) is you don’t really ‘own’ your site – some other company does. You can’t download it and re-use it elsewhere. You also will have more barriers to optimizing your site for search engine ratings.

Having a background in hand-coding websites in HTML and CSS is a huge advantage over designers who have to rely on their theme to make all their customizations. Themes cannot possibly address every single item on the site with a ‘theme option’ or ‘customizer’ to change them. This is where knowing code becomes vitally important.
